For a leading lubricants manufacturer in Ellesmere Port, we designed and installed a 3" stainless steel manifold with nitrile butterfly valves, mounted on a custom-built channel frame. This system enables the client to efficiently mix various base oils and additives, creating unique lubricant blends. The pipework extends outside the building, connecting to three base oil storage tanks, with additional provisions in place for seamless integration of a new blender in the future. This upgrade enhances production flexibility and efficiency, supporting the client's expanding operations.
